Who can become a Chinese citizen?
China is a country located in East Asia. It is the world’s most populated country and the third largest country by size. This country is famous for ‘Made in China’ goods, historical places, culture and language.
Citizenship
Any individual who is:
- born within the territories of China to at least one Chinese parent
or
- born in China to stateless parents
will be considered as a Chinese citizen.
Eligibility to acquire citizenship
- Near relative of Chinese nationals.
- Settled in China.
- Having other legitimate reasons.
- Doesn’t have or doesn’t have much of criminal/fraud records and cases.
